Vinified according to the Martinotti Method, Prosecco is produced from Glera grapes, which after harvesting undergo soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in autoclaves at controlled temperatures for a maximum of 20 days, a process that preserves the freshness and typical varietal aromas of the grapes. The result is a wine with a bright straw-yellow color and a persistent perlage. On the nose, fruity and floral notes are perceived, with a slight herbal nuance, along with hints of green apple and pear. On the palate, the wine is fresh and light, with a good persistence.
