The Macrina Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore by Garofoli is a white wine made from 100% Verdicchio grapes grown in medium-textured soils. The harvest was slightly delayed compared to the ripening of the grapes, which were then transferred to the winery for white winemaking. After gentle pressing, the resulting must was fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Finally, the wine has refined its characteristics for a few months in stainless steel.
