If high heat is necessary, reduce the intensity once the desired heat level is reached. Do not slide the product on a glass cooktop as it may cause damage to the base of the product and the glass. Always lift the product to set it down, move it, or remove it from the surface. Cleaning guide: Wait for the product to cool completely before you start cleaning it. Remove any residues from the base and the side walls of the product. For stubborn food residues, fill the product with warm water and soap, and let it soak for 15-20 minutes before washing it as usual. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal, abrasive sponges, or very hard and stiff brushes for cleaning any of the surfaces. After washing, dry the product thoroughly and store it in a dry place.
