Pinot Grigio is part of the great family of noble grapes of
Burgundy and is certainly one of the most famous grape varieties in Italy. In
South Tyrol's subalpine climate, Pinot Grigio develops an aroma
decisive, an important structure and great character.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Pinot Grigio Production area: sunny, alluvial and gravelly soils in Bolzano and the Renon. Harvest: from the beginning of September. Vinification: soft pressing of the selected grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature and maturation in steel tanks for maintain the freshness of the wine. Color: intense straw yellow with reflections gilded. Bouquet: notes of apple and pear, honey and nuts. Taste: structured, pleasant, soft and with a balanced acidity. Food Match: with mushroom dishes, freshwater fish, soups fish, seafood and traditional cuisine South Tyrolean like the Schlutzkrapfen. Serving temperature: 10-12° C Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
