More or less intense ruby red color, however warm and bright. Intense, gentle and characteristic bouquet with hints of undergrowth, fruity with aromas reminiscent of black currant and cherry. Dry, dry taste on an elegant bitter, savory and soft background.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir Production and Winemaking Area: It comes from vineyards located in the hilly areas of Pressano di Lavis, raised partly with the simple Trentino pergola and partly in gouyot, in clayey soils. After a maceration of the crushed grapes for about 12 days at a controlled temperature and with frequent pumping over, it is drawn off and racked in steel tanks and then aged in large oak barrels and barriques. Grape variety: Pinot Noir has a small, cylindrical, often winged and compact bunch; a medium blue-black berry with juicy and sweet pulp. It has a medium-sized, rounded and mostly three-lobed leaf. Optimal consumption: The ideal period for consumption is in the first two years after bottling. Pairings: It perfectly accompanies vegetable soups, pasta and beans, polenta and sauce, baked shank, mixed grilled meat and is enhanced with mixed boiled meats. Serving temperature: 18° uncork at the moment
