The Sauvignon Vini Orsone di Bastianich comes from the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, a land with a thousand-year-old winemaking tradition characterized by the so-called Ponca (clay-marly soil) and influenced by the proximity of the Julian Alps and the Adriatic Sea. The grapes from which it is born - 100% Sauvignon Blanc - are harvested by hand in vineyards located in the areas of Premariacco, Cividale and Prepotto in the province of Udine. After 4 months of aging in steel, the wine rested for 30 days in the bottle before being marketed.
