Banfi's Tener Spumante is born from a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from the vineyards that the famous Tuscan brand owns in Piedmont. The winemaking process included a phase of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. The sparkling wine production took place according to the rules of the Charmat or Martinotti Method or through refermentation of the wine in an autoclave. The Brut type implies that the sugar content is less than 12 g/litre.

SPARKLING TENER BANFI: TASTING
Banfi's Spumante Brut Tener shines in the glass with a straw yellow color enlivened by lively bubbles. On the nose it offers aromas of peach and yellow pulp fruit followed by notes of white flowers and citrus fruits and hints of aromatic herbs and bread crust. The taste is pleasantly fresh and mineral with a fruity and citrus finish. Excellent as an aperitif at the table, it pairs well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as delicious preparations based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
