The ABCT collection consists of a series of containers that, depending on depth and diameter, serve in the kitchen as a saucepan, frying pan, or skillet. Once the handle-clip is removed and the wooden lids are transformed into trivets and supports, these same containers become bowls, cups, and salad bowls for serving dishes at the table.
The items are suitable for induction thanks to the ferritic metal disc fixed on the bottom.
To preserve the quality of the non-stick surface and the utensil, for the first use, grease the interior evenly with a little oil and wipe it with a soft cloth
• always place the pot on the heat source most proportionate to its size
• do not overheat the pan when empty
• do not char fatty foods
• on a glass-ceramic plate or induction hob, lift the pot to avoid sliding it on the surface
• allow the pot to cool before washing it
• do not use metal utensils, but only plastic or wooden ones
• avoid keeping acidic foods in the pot for a long time
• do not use abrasive powders and/or pads to wash the pots; it is sufficient to use hot water and a soft sponge with a minimal amount of neutral detergent
• dishwasher washing is allowed by preferably using low-temperature cycles (SO O or ECO)
• store the pots carefully, avoiding scratching the coatings
• the pots (like all metal objects) cannot be used in the microwave oven.
