Obtained from grapes harvested from old sapling vines, coming mainly from the Duca Sanfelice vineyard that gives its name to the wine itself, it represents the wine of the Cirotan tradition in our interpretation.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Production area: Cirò and Cirò Marina Region of production: Calabria Grapes: Gaglioppo Soil type: clayey, calcareous Training system and planting density: sapling, 5000 plants per hectare. Yield per hectare: 85 quintals - 55 hectoliters Harvest time: first ten days of October Vinification: in thermo-conditioned steel, with 7-10 days maceration. Aging: in steel, where it rests for three years, with a stay in the bottle for a few months before being released. Optimal period of wine consumption: five to seven years
