Our story begins in the early 1960s, with the foundation of the historic Golfera plant in the small town of Lavezzola. On the wings of the economic boom, a small local reality cultivated a dream: to become a point of reference in the national gastronomic scene. What still makes Golfera special today, even before its products, are the people who are part of it. People who share the same values and a single philosophy: to work according to tradition and the responsibility of the “good”.
