1/24 FIAT 131 ABARTH RALLY - Model kit to be assembled, glued, painted. Skill 3 - Model length cm. 17.4 -The Fiat 131 Abarth was built on the basis of Fiat's two-door sedan. Abarth's elaboration involved many interventions such as the lightening of the body, the construction of increased wheel arches, the adoption of air intakes on the hood and sides to optimize the cooling of mechanics. The Fiat 131 Abarth used a front 4-cylinder longitudinal engine in line with the light alloy cylinder head and with 4 valves per cylinder. Built starting in 1976, it was used in the World Rally Championship where it conquered three world manufacturers, an FIA Drivers' Cup and a World Drivers World Cup. It took part in international competitions in until 1982 when it was replaced by Lancia brand cars.
