Villa Sandi's Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Millesimato Brut comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Crocetta del Montello, in the province of Treviso. It is produced with 100% Glera grapes, harvested and selected strictly by hand. After the first white vinification, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in an autoclave, with the Martinotti method, and subsequent refinement on its own yeasts.

Villa Sandi's Brut Millesimato shines in the glass with a delicate straw yellow and thick, fine perlage. On the nose it releases fragrances of flowers and fresh white pulp fruit, in particular apple and acacia flowers; the light mineral and aromatic herbal references are also pleasant. On the sip it is gratifying and perfect for the end of the day, with good freshness, flavor and tickling bubbles. Perfect pairing with vegetable-based dishes and appetizers, fried foods (sage for example!), fresh cheeses, seafood salads and pizza.
