The Vermentino Papiridi Santa Maria La Palma was obtained from 100% Vermentino grapes coming from the oldest company vineyards located in the Gulf of Alghero area in the province of Sassari. After the manual harvest, the bunches were transported to the cellar for white vinification carried out in the absence of maceration of the wine on the skins and malolactic fermentation. The refinement took place for 6 months in stainless steel and for a short period in the bottle.

VERMENTINO PAPYRI SANTA MARIA LA PALMA: TASTING
The Vermentino Papiri of Santa Maria La Palma is presented in the glass with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it offers aromas of melon and yellow pulp fruit that meet floral hints of hawthorn and notes of Mediterranean herbs and citrus fruits. The sip is pleasantly fresh and savory supported by a pleasant fruity and almond finish. At the table it can be enjoyed to the full with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
