The fragrance of the aroma, typical of the grapes from which it comes, imbues this wine with an intense scent of musk, orange blossom, sage and honey, and causes prolonged emotions thanks to a long finish.
At the tasting, in the glass, the wine is clear, straw yellow. The flavor is
pleasantly sweet, characteristic, very balanced, and refers to honey and freshly harvested grapes.
Package: 1 bottle of 0.75 ltVine: Moscato Production area: Langa albese and astigiana. Soil: limestone clay Altitude of vineyards: 250-400 m asl Exposition: East-West Vinification: carried out with soft pressing of whole grapes, clarification and filtration of must before fermentation in quclave and at low temperature. Aging: it is a wine that must be drunk young; after a few weeks after bottling the wine is already ready for consumption. Alcohol content: 5% Vol. Serving temperature: 10°C Pairings: Very pleasant in the outside meal, it is the ideal companion of many types of sweets, especially those with fine and delicate flavor.
