Ingredients: Sugar, almonds 22%, egg white, bitter almonds 5%, natural flavors.
PAPASSINI
Ingredients: 00 soft wheat flour, raisins, toasted almonds, lard, sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt, flavors.
Glaze: 00 soft wheat flour, raisins, toasted almonds, lard, sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt, flavors. 15% glazing: sugar, egg white, deavolini, flavors.
TIRICCHE
Ingredients: 00 flour, water, lard, salt. Filling 43%: Sapa, sultanas, durum wheat semolina, honey, flavors.
Preservative: Potassium sorbate.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct light.
