The VENTISCLUB has arrived!
What is it?
It is the new program that rewards you for your purchases on Ventis and offers you up to 4% cashback on your purchases to spend immediately.
How does it work?
If you are a new customer, each of your purchases will contribute to defining your benefits for the following year. Based on your annual spending*, you will therefore have access to one of the three levels of the program: GOLD, PLATINUM, or DIAMOND.
Each of the 3 levels allows you to obtain a percentage of cashback on every purchase. Your cashback in money can be used immediately for all subsequent purchases on Ventis and will be valid for 3 months from the time of allocation.
How can I find out more?
Access here your user profile if you view Ventis from a web page or access your reserved area in the App that you can download for your Android or iOS device.

*Annual spending: includes the total purchases made from May 23, 2024, to May 22, 2025. It is calculated on the total purchased items net of shipping, returns, order discounts, and coupons.
Canceled orders are not included. The indicated amount can be reached in a single solution or in multiple orders.
At the end of the above period, transitions from one level to another can be progressive if the annual spending falls within the next bracket; or regressive if the annual spending falls within the previous bracket.
