AFTER SALES

Delivery is made by express courier at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00, on weekdays and without telephone notice.

Delivery to the floor is made possible where indicated in the product sheet and includes unpacking (wooden, plastic and cardboard packaging).
Delivery will be directly scheduled by the courier.
The recipient must sign and highlight any damage when the goods are delivered. been delivered to the floor and unpacked, otherwise subsequent return requests will not be accepted because it is will come the acceptance of the goods by the same is implicitly considered.

When will the product be available? entrusted to the courier you will receive an email from noreply@ventis.it with the link relating to the shipment, with which you can monitor the progress of the shipment.

Upon receipt of the package
Please check its conditions.
