Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. A very personal and characterful perfume, pleasantly fruity reminiscent of raspberry, cherry, pomegranate and blackberries, but also floral with notes that recall the violet flower. Dry taste, it reveals a balanced tannins, full-bodied, strong and fleshy, persistent and savory.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: 100% Teroldego Rotaliano Production and Winemaking Area: it comes from vineyards located in the Campo Rotaliano, raised with the Trentino double pergola in alluvial and loamy soils. After controlled, it is drawn off and racked into steel tanks for aging with a short passage in large oak barrels. Grape variety: It has a medium-sized, elongated bunch, sometimes with two small wings; a medium and regular berry of blue-black colors with juicy, sweet and sour pulp. It has a large, pentagonal and three-lobed leaf that takes on a red color in autumn. Optimal consumption: The best time to appreciate its fruity aromas and freshness is in the first two years of life. Pairings: Teroldego is a demanding and intriguing wine, it goes well with red meats, tongue, stewed snails, boiled meats and aged cheeses. Try it with the “carne salada” and the Teroldego risotto. Serving temperature: 18-20° to be uncorked an hour before serving and oxygenating.
