Ventis is an open to market e-commerce portal, offering the possibility to buy products in sale with any credit card.
For technical administrative reasons, it is not possible to cancel or change the orders that have already been placed.
However, Ventis reserves exclusive benefits for holders of the Ventis Card. These benefits are variable and are all expressly communicated directly on the website's home page.
After entering all the data necessary for the purchase procedure, you will be sent back to a payment area entirely protected by our banking partner Iccrea Banca. At this point, you will be asked to enter your credit card or debit card details to complete the payment.
At the time of payment, your credit card details are encrypted and transmitted securely to servers that are the only ones enabled to decipher this information. The permissions and data are then verified by your bank. This procedure is managed by SSL 128 bit encryption technology, one of the most effective and used all over the world.
Furthermore, in order to guarantee more security in payments, some controls are carried out on our website and allow us to check the transactions of the orders placed. In case of abnormal use, our Customer Office can cancel the order or ask for information on the use of your Credit Card.
Important: you will never receive a request for your credit card data from Ventis.
The products present on Ventis are the result of partnerships with leading National and International Brands, and are the result of careful selection.
The User who has purchased the Products/Services has the right to withdraw from the Contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. It is understood that the withdrawal cannot be exercised if the User has used the Product/Service, even if only minimally.
If you purchased Products, the right of withdrawal must be exercised no later than the essential deadline of 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the Product to the address indicated for delivery.
If you purchase Services, the right of withdrawal must be exercised in full compliance with the Special Conditions expressly provided for the individual services offered.
It is the User's responsibility to provide proof of the timeliness of the right of withdrawal by showing the original delivery note (for Products) or in compliance with the Special Conditions expressly provided for the individual services offered (for Services).
The User can exercise the right of withdrawal by accessing their account in the section "Returns and Refunds".
Click on "My account", select "Returns and Refunds" then click on "select order". Choose the order and the items you want to return and indicate the reason for the return.
With particular reference to the Products, it is specified that if the withdrawal is exercised after the Product has been delivered, the User is required, in any case, to return the Product to Ventis S.r.l. without having used it even once.
- To that end:
- the substantial integrity of the Product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
- the costs of returning the goods to Ventis S.r.l. are the sole responsibility of the User, who must send the Product duly packaged, in a manner similar to how they received it. Ventis S.r.l. does not accept damaged returns, but kept in excellent condition, kept with the use of normal diligence. The User must insert a copy of the delivery document and the purchase receipt into the packaging box.
If the User exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions and (any) Special Conditions,, Ventis S.r.l. will refund the amounts paid on the payment card indicated by the User for the purchase. The reimbursement will take place free of charge, within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Ventis S.r.l. became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the User.
- The right of withdrawal that follow these general conditions does not apply to the following situations::
- Products/Services made to measure/clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- audiovisual products or sealed computer software, iPad and iPhone accessories, electronic products, creams, cosmetics or perfumes.
- to Products purchased in the "shows & events" section.
- to Products purchased in the City section and in the Hotel section.
- also, for reasons of hygiene and health, intimate clothing products, swimsuits, mattresses, pillows and products purchased in the "Gourmet" section.
To make a return for defective or not in compliance with the order Products/Services, the User must follow the procedure above.
It is understood that if the product delivered by Ventis S.r.l. is damaged or does not comply with the specifications, {{2}}Ventis Srl{{/2}} will be in charge of the shipping costs. Ventis S.r.l.
Note: in any case, the return must be agreed exclusively with the customer service of Ventis S.r.l.
Once the aforementioned procedure has been completed and the Products returned have been received by our own logistics team, Ventis S.r.l. will verify that the Product/Service is actually defective/non-compliant with the order and, if so, will refund it within 15 (fifteen) working days after the end of this procedure. Partial returns will lead to partial refunds.
In the event of returns paid both by Credit Card / Paypal / Satispay and with Pocket Credit, the amount transacted will be re-credited through the same payment method used during the purchase phase and the difference refunded on Credito Pocket
In the event of returns paid both by credit card / Paypal / Satispay and with a voucher, the amount transacted through the same payment method used during the purchase phase will be re-credited, while the voucher used will be lost and not restored.
The discount coupons are coupons with a value in euros that allow you to get a discount on the price shown in the showcases.
Discounts are incentives for individual sales, and all communicated through the website itself or other communication tools.
It is possible to insert only one code per order. The codes are not divisible and can only be used once.
Thanks to this initiative, new members will receive a 10€ welcome bonus when invited by users already registered on Ventis. The latter can also receive 10€ of Ventis Credit if the invited user completes the first purchase, specifically:

In order to take the 10€ discount on a minimum order of 49€, you must:
